Wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
Only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the park.
Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.

Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID to verify their age as well.
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya is included if you add it at the moment of purchase.
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to your original booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees; cancellations made between 0 and 2 days prior to your original booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. Any change on your booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
It is not possible to make a date change the same day of your visit.
Smoking Control: At Grupo Xcaret we comply with government regulations by offering smoke-free and emission-free spaces. For smoking, we have designated exclusive areas restricted for minors, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with cardiovascular and pulmonary health problems.

Roundtrip transportation from your hotel is available at an additional cost. It’s only included if you give a click on “add Transportation” at the moment of purchase, and you must select your hotel or a meeting point.

The pickup time depends on your hotel’s location. Once you select it from the list, you will have the exact hour, and please, be on time at the lobby or meeting point.
You will have the returning hour before arriving at the park. The exact drop off time is according to the location of your hotel.

About the activities to choose

Get excited with a ride out of series, with 360° turns and full speed dives aboard a modern boat.

Includes safety instructions, life jacket, and a full-speed ride on the Adrenaline boat.
Hours: 12:10 p.m.; 1:00 p.m.; 1:50 p.m.; 2:40 p.m.; 3:30 p.m. (subject to weather conditions). You must choose your schedule upon arrival at the park.
Duration: 30 minutes (10 min instructions / 20 min ride).
Minimum age required: 10 years and minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.40 m).
Children 15 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Ages 16 and 17: their guardian must sign a responsibility letter authorizing them to travel alone.
Activity not recommended for pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant, and for people with asthma, claustrophobia, hipertension, diabetes, heart condition, back problems, epilepsy, or recent injuries or surgeries.
A liability waiver must be signed by all passengers.
The use of life jacket is mandatory.
Avoid bringing objects that may fall overboard or get wet. Safeguard your belongings in the locker provided for the activity.
Do not eat at least one hour before the ride.
Maximum capacity: 20 people.

Get ready to know the bottom of the sea, while you walk! Thanks to Sea Trek® technology you can admire underwater beauties without knowing how to swim and breathing comfortably.

Includes a tour led by a certified guide, individual Sea Trek® helmet, and diving shoes (only during the activity).
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every 40 min (subject to weather conditions). You must choose your schedule upon arrival at the park.
Duration: 40 min (10 min introduction and 20 to 30 min of seabed walk).
The minimum age to participate is 8 years old and must be at least 3’11” (1.20 m) tall.
Important to fit the helmet well to participate.
Visitors up to 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all moment.
Activity not recommended for pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant, and for people with asthma, claustrophobia, hipertension, diabetes, heart condition, back problems, epilepsy, or recent injuries or surgeries.
Please, only use chemical-free sunscreen and sunblock. It is recommended to take a shower before entering the inlet.

Immerse yourself and admire the underwater world of the Xel-Há’s inlet, with the help of Snuba's sophisticated gear. You’ll be able to swim and breathe comfortably without having to carry an scuba tank.

Includes brief explanation about the activity, certified instructor, personal scuba diving regulator, mask, fins, and weight belt (only during the activity).
Hours: 10:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (subject to weather conditions). You must choose your schedule upon arrival at the park.
Duration: 60 minutes (20 min introduction and practice; 40 min tour).
The minimum age to participate is 8 years old.
It is mandatory for the participant to know how to swim.
Visitors up to 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all moment.
Activity not recommended for pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant, and for people with asthma, claustrophobia, hypertension, diabetes, or a heart condition.
Please, use only chemical-free sunscreen or sunblock. It is recommended to take a shower before entering the inlet.
