Xcaret is an unforgettable park that takes you through the culture and nature of Mexico. Walk through the underground rivers, visit the Coral Reef Aquarium, the Aviary and the Butterfly Pavilion. Relax on the beach and at nightfall, marvel at Xcaret México Espectacular, a show with more than 300 artists on stage that takes you through the history of Mexico.
At Xel-Ha get carried away in an inner tube on the river current that flows into the huge inlet or swim and snorkel to admire the underwater life. Along the way you can climb and jump from the Cliff of Courage or have fun on a zip line that ends in the water. Out of the water you can ride a bike through the jungle, cross the floating bridge and climb to the top of the Scenic Lighthouse to have the best view of Xel-Há and then go down one of its slides. Throughout your visit you will have access to all restaurants, as well as unlimited beverages.

Recomendations

- If you included transportation, confirm time and place for pickup.
- Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the park must only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
- Bring cash or credit card for purchases, an Optional Activity in Xel-Há or Xcaret, or for the photographs of your visit.
Important information
- Xcaret opens every day from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Xel-Há opens from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. all year long.
- Visitors with disabilities should always be accompanied by a family member or friend that can assist them at all times.
- Free admission for children 4 years old and under. Children from 5 to 11 years get a 25% discount on the adult ticket price. An official ID must be presented at the Park’s ticket booths. In case this isn’t possible, the child’s rate will apply to those who measure between 3 and 4.5 ft.
- At Xcaret, the snorkel gear rental has a 10 USD price (requires a 20 USD refundable deposit). For the visitors who purchased the option with lunch included (Xcaret Plus), it comes with the snorkel equipment rental (a 10 USD deposit is mandatory).
- Reservations cancelled more than two days in advance of the original date of visit are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations cancelled in 2 days or less before the visit date, or in case of a no-show, are not refundable. Any change of the booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
- It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.
