  • The price includes the Tax on Expenditures for Participating in Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA in Spanish), in accordance with the laws of the State of Quintana Roo, amounting to a fee of 50.00 MXN per person.
  • Individuals who prove their residence in the State of Quintana Roo by means of valid official documentation (INE, driver's license, FM2, FM3, temporary or permanent residence issued in Quintana Roo) will be exempt from payment of this tax, only if the purchase of the activity is made directly at the ticket booths of Xcaret or Xel-Há parks. This exemption does not apply to purchases made online or through other digital channels.
  • Your purchase is valid for one year and has a bad weather guarantee (only applies with 24 hours' notice).
  • Reservations canceled more than two days before the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days before the original arrival date, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable. Any change in the visit date may be subject to changes in the rate.
