Spend an incredible time with dolphins at Xcaret with an activity where you will learn important facts about dolphins: their diet, how they have fun, and the reach of their intelligence.

In addition, you will have free swimming time with them and will receive a cute kiss from these sea mammals.

Duration: 45 min (15 min briefing and 30 min in the water)

Location: find it in

  • Interaction with dolphins.
  • Activities: Dolphin’s kiss, sing, claps, tail claps, dolphin’s anatomy, water battle and free swimming.
  • Life jacket.
  • Use of locker room during the activity.
  • You must choose your schedule upon arrival at the park (subject to weather conditions).
  • Activity for all ages. Children 8 years old or under a height of 3.6 ft must be accompanied by an adult (both pay). To swim with dolphins alone, it is required a minimum height of 3.6 ft (1 m), otherwise must be accompanied.
  • Maximum capacity: 10 people.
  • Photos or videos are not included in the activity and have an additional cost. For security reasons, cameras or cell phones cannot be brought in.
  • Activity not recommended for pregnant women and those who suffer from heart or ear problems; asthma, epilepsy, claustrophobia, hypertension, diabetes; with recent surgery, fractures or medical restrictions. Guests under alcohol influence cannot have access to the activity.
  • For activities with dolphins, rate does not includes the Tax on Expenditures for Participating in Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA in Spanish), established by the state authority in Quintana Roo. This duty must be covered directly at the Delphinus ticket booths before taking the activity. ISEPAAA tax is 50 MXN per person.
  • Your purchase is valid for one year and has a Bad Weather Guarantee (only applies 24 hours in advance).
  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to your original booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees; cancellations made between 0 and 2 days prior to your original booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. Any change on your booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
