In the Xichén Deluxe + Xenotes package, you can travel back in time, and explore sites of enormous importance for the pre-Hispanic settlers of Yucatán. In Chichén Itzá, you'll traverse the main buildings with a certified guide who will unveil some of their mysteries. Later, you'll visit a nearby cenote for swimming and taste Yucatecan cuisine at La Casona de Valladolid.
On the Xenotes tour, you'll encounter four exclusive cenotes in a small group setting. You'll learn about the guardians of these places, swim in them, and engage in various activities such as rappelling, zip-lining, and kayaking. At the end, you can recharge your energy with a delightful picnic amid the jungle.

Available: Xichén Deluxe from Monday to Saturday. Transportation is between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. depending on your hotel’s location. Xenotes Monday to Saturday; transportation between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Minimum age: 6 years for Xenotes.
Children: from 6 to 11 years get a 25% discount on the adult ticket price.*

Recommendations
- Wear comfortable beach clothes, a bathing suit, towel and bring an extra change of clothes.

- Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the park must only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
- Bring cash or credit card for souvenirs or for the photographs of your visit.
Important information
- Departures of the Xichén Deluxe tour are Monday to Saturday. The pickup time depends on your hotel’s location.
- The average water temperature of the cenotes is 75 to 78° F throughout the year. It lasts approximately 12 hours including transfer time.
- There might be changes without prior notice to the tour’s logistics or operation.
- The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years old. For the zip-line activity is required a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.40 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg).
- Take a shower before entering the first cenote to help us protect the environment.
- Xenotes tour is not recommended for people with a heart condition, back problems, asthma, lung problems, diabetes, hypertension, or pregnant women or suspected of being pregnant.
- Reservations cancelled more than two days in advance of the original date of visit are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations cancelled 2 days or less before the visit date, or in case of a no-show, are not refundable. Any change to the booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
- It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.
