  • At the Wine Cellar's reception, our sommelier will welcome you with a white wine glass.
  • Talk about the nature of the activity and the architecture of the wine cellar.
    Pairing chamber. Duration: 10 minutes
  • The Tour takes place along the pairing chamber.
  • You will be hosted by our chef and sommelier where menus are expertly paired with the corresponding wines.

  • You will arrive to the main vault and observation deck.
  • A brief talk about Enology and wine production will be given.
  • You also will learn about the first Mexican wine makers and the new producers.
  • The international awards garnered by Mexican wines will also be mentioned.

    Duration: 10 minutes
  • A brief talk about the different and main Mexican wine maker regions will be given.
  • Later, you will be guided by our sommelier to see the displays from producers such as Casa Madero, Monte Xanic and L.A. Cetto.
  • At the end, the group will return to the main vault.

  • You will gather at the main hall, for the wine tasting.
  • The menus and wine will be presented by the sommelier.
