Enjoy a day full of thrilling adventures at the amazing Xplor Park! Here, you'll find the highest zip-lines in the Riviera Maya, where you can feel the adrenaline rushing through you as you slide along two circuits with a total of 14 lines. After that, hop on an amphibious vehicle and drive through paths in the jungle and caves. You can also explore underground rivers on a raft or by swimming, and then recharge your energy with the delicious buffet at Xplor.
Be part of the fun at the Mexican fiesta in Xoximilco! On board a trajinera, you'll have a ride through the park's canals with a host who will keep the fun going throughout the journey. Recommendations
- Activities at Xplor are recommended for children from 5 years old (must be in the company of an adult at all moment). NOTE: for some activities, it is required a minimum height of 3.6 ft (1.10 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg).
- Use comfortable beachwear, swimsuit, a towel, plus a change of clothes. Watershoes are also recommended.
- For Xoximilco, wear comfortable clothes and shoes; we recommend that you wear long pants.
- If you included transportation, confirm time and place for pickup.
- Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the park must only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
- Bring cash or credit card for souvenirs or purchase the photographs of your visit.
Important Information
- Xplor Riviera Maya opens Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- At Xplor, the minimum height required for Ziplines is 1.40 m. and the minimum weight required is 40 kg. In the Toboganxote activity, each raft must carry a maximum of four people; The maximum weight per raft is 320 kg and per person is 136 kg. The minimum height is 1.30 m. It is mandatory to wear a helmet and know how to swim.
- Some activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, with recent surgeries, back pain, who weigh more than 300 lbs, or pregnant women. Zip-lines have a minimum height requirement of 4.5 ft and a minimum weight requirement of 88 lbs.
- Registration at Xoximilco is from 7:00 p.m. and the 3-hour tour ends at 11:00 p.m.
- Each Trajinera have a maximum capacity of 20 passengers.
- The minimum age at Xplor and Xoximilco is 5 years old (must be accompanied by an adult at every moment).
- Reservations cancelled more than two days in advance of the original date of visit are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations cancelled in 2 days or less before the visit date, or in case of a no-show, are not refundable. Any change of the booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
- It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.
