In the Xoximilco + Xenotes package, you'll have the opportunity to experience the best of the Mexican Caribbean in two days. In Xoximilco, you'll board a trajinera for a journey through the park's canals while listening to live music, dancing, and toasting with tequila. Additionally, you'll enjoy a delicious dinner with authentic Mexican dishes.

On the Xenotes tour, you'll venture into the jungle to explore four exclusive cenotes and engage in various activities in each of them, such as rappelling in a cave cenote, kayaking, zip-lining, and more. After emerging from the last cenote, you'll savor a delightful picnic amid the vegetation, accompanied by a beer or a glass of wine.

Available: Xoximilco Monday to Saturday. Registration starts at 7:00 p.m. and tour ends at 11:00 p.m. Subject to change due to official regulations. Xenotes Monday to Saturday; transportation between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Minimum age: 5 years for Xoximilco, 6 for Xenotes.

Children: from 6 to 11 years get a 25% discount on the adult ticket price.*

Xoximilco

Xenotes

  • Round-trip transportation with certified guide.
  • Visit to the four different types of cenotes that exist.
  • Assisted rappeling into Lu’um, a cavern cenote.
  • Zip-lines and cliff jumps at K’áak’, an open cenote, and at Iik, an ancient cenote.
  • Kayaking through Ha’, a semi-open cenote.
  • Exploration swimming in Ha’, a semi-open cenote.
  • Cold and hot drinks (waters, sodas, Mexican-style hot chocolate, coffee), as well as seasonal fruit at the end of the first cenote.
  • Jungle picnic that includes julienne soup, a cold bar of meats and premium cheeses, variety of rustic breads, dressings, salads, water, wine, and beer.
  • Equipment: life jacket, swim mask, rappel gear, kayak and inner tube.
  • Restrooms, showers, changing rooms and towels.
  • Wear comfortable beach clothes, a bathing suit, towel and bring an extra change of clothes.
  • If you included transportation, confirm time and place for pickup.
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the park must only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
  • For the Xenotes tour, confirm time and meeting point.
  • Bring cash or credit card for souvenirs or for the photographs of your visit.
  • Registration at Xoximilco is from 7:00 p.m. and the 3-hour tour ends at 11:00 p.m.
  • Each Trajinera has a maximum capacity of 20 passengers. Temporary, there are not available the Mojigangas.
  • The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years old. For the zip-line activity is required a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.40 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg).
  • Take a shower before entering the first cenote to help us protect the environment.
  • Xenotes tour is not recommended for people with a heart condition, back problems, asthma, lung problems, diabetes, hypertension, or pregnant women or suspected of being pregnant.
  • Please take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy.
  • Transportation is only included if you add it at the moment of purchase.
  • Reservations cancelled more than two days in advance of the original date of visit are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations cancelled 2 days or less before the visit date, or in case of a no-show, are not refundable. Any change to the booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
  • It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.
