Discounts apply on the displayed and current price published by the parks and tours of Grupo Xcaret and buying a product with or without transportation. Use the code BLACKF25 to apply a 30% discount for Xenotes, ATV Xperience Cancun, ATV Xperience Cancun + Jet Boat, ATV Xperience Playa del Carmen, Xcaret Catamaran Prime, Xcaret Catamaran Light, and Catamaran Xunset (all catamaran products must have the docking fee included at the time of purchase); a 25% discount for Xel-Há All-Inclusive, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, Xenses, Xichén Deluxe, Xichén Clásico, and Tulum-Xel-Há; a 20% discount for Xcaret Plus, and Xcaret Admission; and a 10% discount for Xcaret Ferry to Isla Mujeres and Cozumel in round trip or one-way tickets (does not apply for open ticket). Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to your original booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees; cancellations made between 0 and 2 days prior to your original booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. It is not possible to change the date of visit on the same day.

For Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, and Xenses, the minimum age is 5 years. For Xenotes, the minimum age is 6 years. For ATV Xperience Cancun and Playa del Carmen, the minimum age is 12 years. For Xcaret Catamaran Prime and Light, snorkeling is limited for people 8 years and older that know how to swim. For ages 5 to 11, a 25% discount applies on the displayed and current adult price (it is essential to present an ID at the ticket booths of the parks, tours, or pier). For Xcaret and Xel-Há, children under 4 years old enter for free.
