Xcaret Tours include roundtrip transportation from Cancun and Riviera Maya (admission tickets don’t include transportation). To travel by bus, verify the schedules leaving from the ADO bus terminal (Cancun or Playa del Carmen). A taxi from Cancun costs $100 USD one way; from Playa del Carmen its $15 USD. Renting a car is another great option.

At Xcaret Park in Mexico, we are prepared to welcome visitors that need special attention. More than 50% of the park’s facilities can be visited on wheelchair. You can rent a wheelchair ($15 USD) and strollers ($15 USD). If necessary, you can also rent a locker ($4 USD), towels ($3 USD) and snorkel equipment ($10 USD plus deposit fee $25 USD).

Parking at Xcaret is free for our visitors. We invite you to visit our 18 gift stores. An ATM and public phones are also available in the Main Plaza; dressing rooms and showers are located throughout the park.
