Xcaret Park opens all year, from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm; it is located 60km south from Cancun's International Airport, 6 km from Playa del Carmen and 57 km north of Tulum.

You can arrive by car (free parking lot), taxi from Cancún, which costs between $80 and $100 USD (one way) and will take about 70 min to get to the park, and from Playa del Carmen about 15 min and $15 USD approximately. You can also take a bus from the Bus station in Cancun (Uxmal Avenue) and in Playa del Carmen (5th Avenue).
