    Community Parks Program

Because of the accelerated development in the tourist areas in the State of Quintana Roo, it has not been possible to promote adequate urban planning. The infrastructure of the cities that support the tourist industry has concentrated in satisfying the needs directly related to tourism and has almost ignored the most basic needs of the communities, such as recreational and meeting areas.

By developing Community Parks we address a real void in society, such as the lack of green and family recreational areas, and we indirectly participate in the solution of other social needs.

The Community Parks Program is a great opportunity to connect with the community and it allows us to participate in improving the living conditions of our society.

We are currently working in developing the following projects: In Ya'ax Naj Park, in the town of Ciudad Aventuras, and the "La Ceiba" Ecological Park, in the Cooperative Development of Playa del Carmen.
