This was one of the best experiences of my life. The beauty was more than your eyes can take in at one time. I could not stop looking at the beautiful scenery. We had so much fun floating down the river in the caves. I treasure this experience. I don't think you could find a place more ideal to spend your vacation.

Merci!

I went to Xcaret over 5 years ago with my mommy and now I have a family of my own and I want to show them how wonderful your park is. I am trying to figure out if the Xcaret Plus inclued the activities mentioned in the Xplor package. I really love the Xcaret park but, love the activities mentioned in the Xplor pkg as well.

Hello everyone, thank you for all your comments. If you purchase the plus admission the buffet meal is included, in any of the different restaurants we have inside. Since they are 7 different ones, it is very difficult to show the information of the menu of each one, what I can tell you is that an adult in average, pays $27 USD per meal. About the Trip Advisors comments about an $800 USD is completly false, in fact you just need to give $20 USD as a deposit for the towel, locker and snorkeling gear. Of course, we will give it back to you once you return the items. If you need another towel, you can rent or if you purchae the plus admission, you can exchange it for a clean one. We hope to see you soon at Xcaret!

Hi
We will be visiting xcaret in a couple of weeks. We are excited but have a couple of questions. I have heard that a deposit of $800 is required for towels (from tripadvisor). Is that true? Also if we get the plus package our towels are included but how many towels? Again I have heard on trip advisor that you only get a coupon for one towel and if you hand it in and you need another one you have to rent a towel. Is that true as well. Besides all of this we are very excited to visit.

I have been to Mexico every year for the last 10 years. December 2009 was the first time I visited X-Caret Park. I cant believe I have missed out on this amazing park for so long. It was like Disney World meets Mexico. Infact, we loved it so much, we booked our 2010 vacation at the Occidental Grand X-Caret resort to be evan closer. My ounly regret is not having more time at the park. The day went by too fast.

I agree with Terry Klassen's comment. I too would like to see an all inclucive option at the least. We were intending on visiting Xel-Ha but ended up booking into the Occidental Grand Xcaret, so naturally we will be taking advantage of the close proximity to the park. However the admission does not include food and drink (minimal with Xcaret Plus). This would be a welcome inclusion for many visitors.

As both parks Xcaret and Xel-Ha are owned by same company, why do they not offer an all-inclusive rate at Xcaret. It is clearly shown in Xel-Ha website that the ticket includes all-inclusive drink and food, no hidden costs. On Xcaret.com it does not show any food or drink prices. I fully understand that each park is different and offers different shows, but the customer would like to know all the unknown costs before they dedicate time to the event. Will Xcaret offer all-inclusive food and drink? This would be great, then people would see the difference in the costs.

I am wondering if eating at the restaurants are included in the admission fee, or is it extra for eating and drinking, I cant seem to find the food prices on the website
