Do I need to set a specific date in my tour to Cancun to visit the park when booking online?
To book online it is necessary to set a specific date in your tour to Cancun. However, if you need to make a change you can do it up to 24 business hours before your visit to the park during your tour to Cancun, either online or by phone. Additional activities will be subject to availability.
Where can I purchase a swim with dolphins program if I already have my entrance ticket to Xcaret in my tour to Cancun?
You can book your swim with dolphins’ program by calling +52 998 8833144 or visiting delphinusworld.com. We suggest you do it 4 days prior to your visit to Xcaret during your tour to Cancun.
I want to buy the DVD of the show “Xcaret México Espectacular”, where can I do that?

I’m pregnant and I want to swim with the dolphins during my tour to Cancun, can I do it?
Being pregnant does not constitute a risk. You must know it’s not a violent program; but one of the most enjoyable activities you can experience in your tour to Cancun. However we do recommend you to consult your physician before the start of your tour to Cancun.
Do you accept all credit cards?
Yes, you can pay at the park with Visa, Master card or American Express.

If I purchase the 2 days Xcaret entrance ticket or the xperience passport, when can I make my second visit during my tour to Cancun?
Once you make your first visit, you have 7 days during your tour to Cancun to make the second one.
How do I get from Cozumel to Xcaret?
We recommend you check with your cruise line before your tour to Cancun area if they offer a tour to Xcaret. If not, you must take the Cozumel ferry to Playa del Carmen. It costs about $85.00 pesos per person one-way. Service runs daily from 5:00am to 11:00pm. The trip takes about 45 minutes. Once in Playa del Carmen you can take a taxi to Xcaret that costs about $15.00 USD. You can also take public transportation; you can find the bus terminal 2 blocks away from the dock. The Autobuses Riviera bus leaves at 09:30 and 10:20 am, with a price of $5 USD per person, round trip, and it returns at 3:15 pm and 8:45 pm. Arrival and departure at Xcaret’s main gate. Autobuses Maya leave every hour from 4:00am to 10:00pm, with a price of $3.50 USD. These buses leave you on the highway and a small bus called “Despeinado” provides free shuttle service to the main gate every 30 minutes. We suggest you verify schedules and prices before reserving an excursion during your tour to Cancun.
In order to plan my tour to Cancun, I want to know, which are the busiest days at Xcaret?
To plan your tour to Cancun, you should consider that our busiest days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and our days with fewer visitors are Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I go in and out of the park?
Yes, as long as you have your own means of transportation and you keep wearing the bracelet you receive at the entrance. In case you bought the Xcaret tour from Cancun or Playa del Carmen, you will be subject to their own schedule.
What kind of sunblock can I wear?
Your sunblock must be 100% biodegradable.

Is there access for people with disabilities?
In Xcaret you can tour 60% of the park in a wheelchair. We have special wheelchairs for rent at $15 USD per day, from 8:30am to 9:00pm.
Are there any discounts for seniors?
Xcaret offers a 50% discount for seniors with a valid INAPAM or INSEN card issued by the Mexican government.
