4. Scan your deposit receive and send it to Customer Service by email to customerservice@xcaret.com. Do not forget to include the following data:

-Selected product
-Name of the reservation’s responsible person.
-Number of adults
-Number of kids
-Date of visit

5. You will receive an e-mail in response from Customer Service with a reservation code.

6. Show up in the tickets office with the confirmation number to receive the requested product. In case of choosing a tour Customer Service will indicate details for the pick up.

2. Select the date in which you have to visit Xcaret.
3. Select the currency in which you are going to pay.
4. Select the number of adults and kids in the purchase.
5. Select the type of Entrance that you wish.
6. Click on “Buy”
7. Select  the optional activities that you want to practice, like “Swim with dolphins”
8. Check your cart and be sure to have included all the activities you want to practice
9. Fill out with complete information of your credit card
10. Click on “Pay”
11. Print the coupon.
